Milford Baptist Kindergarten prides itself with having teaching staff that are qualified (Diploma of Teaching, Bachelor of Education), experienced and mature.

We are fortunate to have a dedicated teaching team that undergoes regular professional development which is essential in creating the warm, positive and nurturing environment that is evident at Milford Baptist Kindergarten.

All teachers are responsible for a number of children that they observe, collect observations, art work, take photographs for their personal file and work with parents to help plan goals and objectives for their child's development.
